Henry Homesweet equips the Bioscanner pseudonym to explore a dark reimagining of SNES horror game OSTs. Armed with Super MIDI Pak and Chipsynth SFC, the traditionally warm SNES sample processing has been twisted into ice cold territories. Substance Category B conjures the atmosphere of mysterious research facilities, with unidentified experiments abandoned in glowing tanks. Tension slowly climbs throughout the album, eventually reaching a boiling point where darkness begins to dissolve and a glimmer of light pierces through.
